I’ve always had a passion for the arts. As a young girl, I loved sketching characters from the comics in the Sunday newspaper and taking dance classes—tap dancing was my favorite. But like many in my era, I was raised to pursue a more practical career. I shifted my focus to a more traditional path.
Where it started..
It wasn’t until the pandemic that I truly reconnected with my creative side. With more time at home, I found myself craving a meaningful outlet. One day, while watching a TV show, I was inspired to try making candles—a natural fit, since I’ve always loved filling my home with comforting scents.
What began as a passion project quickly grew into something more. Born out of those quiet, reflective days, Copper Flame Candle Co. evolved into a full-fledged sole proprietorship. Hand-pouring each candle allows me to blend artistry and craftsmanship in a therapeutic process that brings me peace. Every candle is made with intention and care, designed to bring a sense of calm and warmth to your space—just as creating them continues to do for me. ​​
